Just come across your web page whilst doing some family research. Woman number 2 was my mother Betty Mclean from Glasgow. She has been dead a few years now but always spoke about her time in timber corps with great affection. I have this same photo with her belongings.

I'm a features writer for the P&J in Aberdeen and putting together an extended piece on the Lumberjills of the war in the north and north-east. Do get in touch if you have any details!
