Hymac 580C working on a road or turning point

The photograph is courtesy of the family of George Dey. George took many forestry photographs in his forestry career and many are now shown on this web site. Check under ‘Groups’ and George Dey Collection.

The location of the work site is unidentified. The registration of the machine looks like RJD940R. Likely to be in the Contin area or west of there.

Can anyone identify the driver and location?
